I'm a native of Illinois living in Salt Lake City. I strive to design meaningful experiences for people to use
and enjoy.
As a designer, I focus on turning complex problems into clear, intuitive, and enjoyable experiences. I have worked across global companies and early-stage startups, building products and companies that closely align with user needs and business goals.
I have led the end-to-end creation of design systems and products, including user research, foundational strategy, product roadmaps, new product initiatives, visual style guides, and component libraries used across product and marketing. I collaborate closely with product managers to research, identify, and prioritize opportunities, and with engineers to bring thoughtful solutions to life, even under tight technical constraints.
Whether building a visual style from scratch or redesigning a key workflow, I always start with the user, understanding who they are, what they are trying to accomplish, and how a new solution can help them succeed.
I have taught students at the university level and peers on the teams I’ve been a part of, helping them center their work around real customer needs, with the belief that good design, even in small moments, can make the world a little better.
